About the teacher
Emily is a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Group Fitness Instructor. Her certifications include A.C.E Personal Trainer, A.C.E. Fitness Instructor, Authentic Pilates Instructor, and Intuitive Eating Coach. She has been working in the industry since 1998. Training, challenging, and seeing changes in the body are a passion of hers. She has run a marathon and competed in the NGA Northwest Natural Pro-Atlas Bodybuilding and Figure Championships in Boise, taking second place in 2004 and winning the overall title in 2012. Emily enjoys working with people who are overweight and having a tough time getting motivated. That is her specialty, and she loves to share the "secrets" she's learned over the years to attaining a fit and healthy body.
