She is an athlete who has earned USA Triathlon All-American honors and competed in the Ironman World Championships. Erin is compelled to help athletes of all abilities prevent and recover from injury, embrace an active lifestyle and accomplish their sport-specific goals.

About Yvette Hubbard
Yvette Hubbard Fitness Director Yvette has managed programs / facilities in Boise and Sun Valley since 1990. Her motto is “Life is short – make it fun!” Yvette is currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RYS 200 Certified Instructor and StagesFlight Cycling Certified Instructor with a Kinesiology/Health Promotion degree from Boise State University. Since 1984, she has taught everything from ski conditioning to gentle yoga. Yvette’s enthusiasm and knack for teaching proper motor development and technical movement has made her a highly regarded instructor in the industry. Yvette is the 2008 NGA Northwest Natural Masters Figure Champion and has trained several medalists in the field. As a competitive cheerleader, gymnast and track athlete, she ‘amped’ up her interest in running and has teamed up with a group of friends to win the Masters Division of the Sawtooth Relays seven times. If she isn’t cheering you on in the PIVOT, Fitness, Cycling or Yoga studio, you’ll find her hiking and camping with husband, Dave, and her crazy dogs.

In 2002, Ed earned a master’s degree in natural health from Clayton College. He launched the Masters Swim Program at Zenergy in 2001 and ran it for three years before moving on to other endeavors. Currently, he is our age group kids’ swim coach, is also available for private lessons, and is proud to once again take over the ever-growing Zenergy Masters program.

Sandi Hagel, L.Ac is a licensed acupuncturist, yoga instructor and nature lover. Sandi has been practicing Chinese Medicine since 2006. She has been trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as the 5-element tradition. Sandi's yoga practice began almost 15 years ago and she has been teaching since 2003. You will find that Sandi's style is taught from a vinyasa-perspective where the breath is emphasized as one's guide through a well-balanced sequence of both yin/yang asana with the addition of fun, contemporary music. Sandi has been living in the Valley for 10 years and is passionate about her work and her outdoor play time. You can find her smiling ear to ear while riding powder on Baldy or biking and hiking the single-track trails woven throughout our mountains.

She has also been trained in Iyengar and Anusara traditions in her intervening 10 years of teaching. Her teaching style is a mix of the 3 traditions with emphasis on alignment and flow. Danielle is formerly a US development team skier and college racer for Middlebury and University of Colorado. She is still an avid skier and teaches for the Sun Valley Snow Sports School during the winter months. Her approach to yoga is very much from an athlete's perspective.

She branched out and interned in the Santa Rosa Sports Medicine Department for 2years with resident Olympic Athletic Trainer Byron Craighead. Training alongside him and his field team providing first aid and training room support keeping college athletes in top form for their sports. This involvement led to her accreditation as an Emergency Medical Technician. Working on an Ambulance at the San Francisco International Airport. Interning with local Fire Departments, while volunteering with the Urban Search and Rescue. Two years ago she took some time off to travel and bike tour the island of Maui, in Italy, Switzerland, Croatia and England. Zoe decided to focus on teaching when back in the U.S. Invested in Pilates since 2007, she continues her education with workshops and independent studies. Emily is a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Group Fitness Instructor. Her certifications include A.C.E Personal Trainer, A.C.E. Fitness Instructor, Authentic Pilates Instructor, and Intuitive Eating Coach. She has been working in the industry since 1998. Training, challenging, and seeing changes in the body are a passion of hers. She has run a marathon and competed in the NGA Northwest Natural Pro-Atlas Bodybuilding and Figure Championships in Boise, taking second place in 2004 and winning the overall title in 2012. Emily enjoys working with people who are overweight and having a tough time getting motivated. That is her specialty, and she loves to share the "secrets" she's learned over the years to attaining a fit and healthy body.

About Zoe Morris
In college, Zoe worked in the Adaptive Physical Education Program as an Assistant Physical Therapist. Designing and guiding workouts for students of all ages rehabilitating after injuries and surgeries. She branched out and interned in the Santa Rosa Sports Medicine Department for 2years with resident Olympic Athletic Trainer Byron Craighead. Training alongside him and his field team providing first aid and training room support keeping college athletes in top form for their sports. This involvement led to her accreditation as an Emergency Medical Technician. Working on an Ambulance at the San Francisco International Airport. Interning with local Fire Departments, while volunteering with the Urban Search and Rescue. Two years ago she took some time off to travel and bike tour the island of Maui, in Italy, Switzerland, Croatia and England. Zoe decided to focus on teaching when back in the U.S. Invested in Pilates since 2007, she continues her education with workshops and independent studies. About Ed Flory
A Sun Valley resident since 1985, Ed Flory has been involved in swimming as a competitor and coach for more than four decades. Ed was a nationally renowned swimmer at Kutztown University, a NCAA Division II National Champion and 15-time Coaches All-American. He trained with USA Swimming for the World Games in Berlin and the 1980 Summer Olympic Games in Moscow (which the United States ended up boycotting). In 2002, Ed earned a master’s degree in natural health from Clayton College. He launched the Masters Swim Program at Zenergy in 2001 and ran it for three years before moving on to other endeavors. Currently, he is our age group kids’ swim coach, is also available for private lessons, and is proud to once again take over the ever-growing Zenergy Masters program.

Intermediate Junior Tennis Clinic (Youth Ages 8-12)

Due to social distancing requirements - TENNIS MEMBERS ONLY. For Players who have developed an overall game. They are starting to understand basic tactical and strategic approaches to match play. Orange, green dot balls and regular green balls are used to speed the learning process during your child’s progression. The intermediate clinic prepares players for Middle School/JV Tennis. About Rob Kolb
Rob started playing tennis at the age of five. Throughout his junior years Rob competed in Intermountain Division tennis tournaments, achieving great success. Rob started his career in tennis at Sun Valley Company at the age of 15, becoming their youngest full-time summer tennis instructor. He has been teaching professionally ever since. During his teaching experience Rob has co-instructed clinics and played in multiple exhibition matches with tennis professionals including Mats Wilander, Tom Gorman, Fred Stolle, and Tracy Austin. The experiences he has had with these professionals, as well as with other great tennis mentors, have greatly influenced his career and teaching style. Rob enjoys skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, alpine touring, mountain biking, hiking, golf, tennis, and rock climbing.

Brenda is an ACSM Health Fitness Instructor and Certified Yoga Instructor. She also holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Sports Nutrition. Brenda has been in the fitness industry for 20 years. Throughout her experience, Brenda's constant passion has been teaching group exercise, personal training, yoga, and helping her clients understand the importance of the nutritional component in their routines.
