Erin received a grant from National Parkinson Foundation and is committed to implementing the most innovative strategies to improve the lives of those with Parkinson's disease. She is an athlete who has earned USA Triathlon All-American honors and competed in the Ironman World Championships. Erin is compelled to help athletes of all abilities prevent and recover from injury, embrace an active lifestyle and accomplish their sport-specific goals.

Emily is a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Group Fitness Instructor. Her certifications include A.C.E Personal Trainer, A.C.E. Fitness Instructor, Authentic Pilates Instructor, and Intuitive Eating Coach. She has been working in the industry since 1998. Training, challenging, and seeing changes in the body are a passion of hers. She has run a marathon and competed in the NGA Northwest Natural Pro-Atlas Bodybuilding and Figure Championships in Boise, taking second place in 2004 and winning the overall title in 2012. Emily enjoys working with people who are overweight and having a tough time getting motivated. That is her specialty, and she loves to share the "secrets" she's learned over the years to attaining a fit and healthy body.

About Jennifer Hubbard
Gernotologist Jennifer relocated to Sun Valley from the bay area in July, 2013. She holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. She has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years and holds certifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Aqua-fitness, Spinning, and TRX. As an Ironman Competitor and Gerontology Researcher Jennifer continues to study the science and psychology of the aging body. She is a member of the International Council on Active Aging, the American Society on Aging, and the Center of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Research. She recently became certified Brain Fitness Coach 2014.

Ed was a nationally renowned swimmer at Kutztown University, a NCAA Division II National Champion and 15-time Coaches All-American. He trained with USA Swimming for the World Games in Berlin and the 1980 Summer Olympic Games in Moscow (which the United States ended up boycotting). In 2002, Ed earned a master’s degree in natural health from Clayton College. He launched the Masters Swim Program at Zenergy in 2001 and ran it for three years before moving on to other endeavors. Currently, he is our age group kids’ swim coach, is also available for private lessons, and is proud to once again take over the ever-growing Zenergy Masters program.

She has also been trained in Iyengar and Anusara traditions in her intervening 10 years of teaching. Her teaching style is a mix of the 3 traditions with emphasis on alignment and flow. Danielle is formerly a US development team skier and college racer for Middlebury and University of Colorado. She is still an avid skier and teaches for the Sun Valley Snow Sports School during the winter months. Her approach to yoga is very much from an athlete's perspective.

She branched out and interned in the Santa Rosa Sports Medicine Department for 2years with resident Olympic Athletic Trainer Byron Craighead. Training alongside him and his field team providing first aid and training room support keeping college athletes in top form for their sports. This involvement led to her accreditation as an Emergency Medical Technician. Working on an Ambulance at the San Francisco International Airport. Interning with local Fire Departments, while volunteering with the Urban Search and Rescue. Two years ago she took some time off to travel and bike tour the island of Maui, in Italy, Switzerland, Croatia and England. Since 1984, she has taught everything from ski conditioning to gentle yoga. Yvette’s enthusiasm and knack for teaching proper motor development and technical movement has made her a highly regarded instructor in the industry. Yvette is the 2008 NGA Northwest Natural Masters Figure Champion and has trained several medalists in the field. As a competitive cheerleader, gymnast and track athlete, she ‘amped’ up her interest in running and has teamed up with a group of friends to win the Masters Division of the Sawtooth Relays seven times. If she isn’t cheering you on in the PIVOT, Fitness, Cycling or Yoga studio, you’ll find her hiking and camping with husband, Dave, and her crazy dogs.

About Ed Flory
A Sun Valley resident since 1985, Ed Flory has been involved in swimming as a competitor and coach for more than four decades. Ed was a nationally renowned swimmer at Kutztown University, a NCAA Division II National Champion and 15-time Coaches All-American. He trained with USA Swimming for the World Games in Berlin and the 1980 Summer Olympic Games in Moscow (which the United States ended up boycotting). In 2002, Ed earned a master’s degree in natural health from Clayton College. He launched the Masters Swim Program at Zenergy in 2001 and ran it for three years before moving on to other endeavors. Currently, he is our age group kids’ swim coach, is also available for private lessons, and is proud to once again take over the ever-growing Zenergy Masters program.

About Kimberlee Howard
Kim Howard graduated Magna cum Laude with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Washington. Out of college, she was a personal trainer and class instructor at the Bellevue Athletic Club. She was also the staff kinesiologist, instructor trainer, and class instructor for Golden Aerobics, with a staff of over 100 teachers in Washington and Oregon. At age 27, Kim opened her own, very successful aerobic studio, Parkplace Workout, in Kirkland, Washington. After moving to Florida, and having 2 children, Kim was lucky enough to cross something off her bucket list – working with children. After working with adults for 10 years, she wanted to take her passion for making fitness fun, to the grass roots. She taught elementary physical education at St. Edward’s School in Vero Beach, Florida for 10 years. One of her most treasured accomplishments was raising the number of Presidential Physical Fitness award winners from 2 to 34, and the National Physical Fitness award winners from 20% to 80% of the school. “We (the male PE teacher and I) made fitness fun, and an integral part of the physical education program of sports and games.” After St. Edwards, Kim returned to working with adults as the Fitness Director at the Jungle Club, and then the Fitness Director and manager of the John’s Island Fitness Club and Spa in Vero Beach. Over the years, Kim has taught fitness classes and been a personal trainer at Zenergy. She is thrilled to be back personal training. “It fills me up to be able to help people work towards and achieve their fitness goals,” she says. In her spare time, Kim loves to hike, bike, and skate ski with her husband Troy, AND spend time with her children and grandchildren.

About Ed Flory
A Sun Valley resident since 1985, Ed Flory has been involved in swimming as a competitor and coach for more than four decades. Ed was a nationally renowned swimmer at Kutztown University, a NCAA Division II National Champion and 15-time Coaches All-American. He trained with USA Swimming for the World Games in Berlin and the 1980 Summer Olympic Games in Moscow (which the United States ended up boycotting). In 2002, Ed earned a master’s degree in natural health from Clayton College. He launched the Masters Swim Program at Zenergy in 2001 and ran it for three years before moving on to other endeavors. Currently, he is our age group kids’ swim coach, is also available for private lessons, and is proud to once again take over the ever-growing Zenergy Masters program.

Shawn is currently completing his 500hr Yoga Alliance certification with Mark Stephens, who literally wrote the book on yoga teacher training in the United States. Practicing since 2001, he’s been lucky enough to study with many of the architects of modern asana practice, including Rodney Yee, Richard Freeman, Rod Stryker and Patricia Walden. He teaches from the belief that it’s what we’re doing with our hearts and minds while we’re on the mat that carries over into the rest of our lives.

Yvette Hubbard Fitness Director Yvette has managed programs / facilities in Boise and Sun Valley since 1990. Her motto is “Life is short – make it fun!” Yvette is currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RYS 200 Certified Instructor and StagesFlight Cycling Certified Instructor with a Kinesiology/Health Promotion degree from Boise State University. Since 1984, she has taught everything from ski conditioning to gentle yoga. Yvette’s enthusiasm and knack for teaching proper motor development and technical movement has made her a highly regarded instructor in the industry. Yvette is the 2008 NGA Northwest Natural Masters Figure Champion and has trained several medalists in the field. As a competitive cheerleader, gymnast and track athlete, she ‘amped’ up her interest in running and has teamed up with a group of friends to win the Masters Division of the Sawtooth Relays seven times.
