KEBIJAKAN RESERVASI PERAWATAN ZAP :
1. Klien diharapkan telah sampai di outlet ZAP 15 menit sebelum waktu booking/reservasi perawatan. Jika klien datang kurang dari 5 menit, maka reservasimu akan hangus dan kamu akan masuk kedalam antrian walk-in.
2. Apabila klien ingin melakukan pembatalan/perubahan jadwal booking/reservasi, maka pembatalan wajib dilakukan minimal 3 jam sebelum waktu perawatan.
3. Pembatalan online dapat dilakukan melalui tautan cancel appointment pada email notifikasi/konfirmasi appointment mu. Gunakan email yang terdaftar di ZAP sebagai username & kamu dapat klik reset password jika kamu lupa password mu.
4. Pembatalan juga dapat dilakukan melalui ZAP Client Care (08:00 – 20:00) dengan nomor : 1500310 / whatsapp 081901500310 atau nomor outlet.
Booking policy ini berlaku untuk seluruh brand ZAP : ZAP Clinic, ZAP Premiere dan MEN/O/LOGY by ZAP
ZAP BOOKING POLICY
1. The Client is expected to arrive at the outlet 15 minutes before the scheduled booking/reservation time. If The client arrives in less 5 minutes. Then their reservation will be forfeited and they will be put on the walk-in queue
2. If The Client wishes to cancel or reschedule their booking reservation. The Cancellation must be made at least 3 hours before treatment time.
3. Online Cancellations can be made through the cancel appointment link in your appointment notification/confirmation email. Use the email registered with ZAP as your username. And you click reset password if you forget your password.
4. Cancellations can also be made through ZAP Client Care (08:00 – 20:00) at the number 1500310 / whatssap 081901500310 or the outlet number.
