Spa Day Itinerary
10:00 – 11:15 AM - Self-Love Workshop & Guided Reflection
Begin the day with a heart-centred workshop exploring self-love as a daily, embodied practice. Through gentle discussion, guided reflection, and journaling, you will explore what self-love means to you, what is ready to be released, and what you wish to call in for the year ahead.
You will write a love letter to yourself and create a simple action list to support your ongoing self-love journey.
11:30 AM – 2:45 PM - Personalized Spa & Healing Experience
You will move through a thoughtfully curated spa flow designed to support rest, integration, and deep nourishment.
Your experience includes:
- One 45-minute one-on-one treatment with a practitioner of your choice
- Two 30-minute spa treatments: Choose 2: Infrared sauna therapy, Leg compression therapy, Braintap meditation for health + mindset session, Red light therapy, Seqex frequency therapy
Vibe Lounge and rest time
Charcuterie Lunch + Tea
Use your rest time to hydrate, reflect, journal, or simply be still. Individual treatment schedules will be provided.
2:45 – 3:30 PM - Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Self-Love Meditation
Close the day with a deeply soothing Reiki-infused sound bath meditation. Healing frequencies and gentle energy support will help integrate the day’s experiences, calm the nervous system, and anchor self-love into your body and energy field.
