Lindsay’s ONLINE Align & Reset class focuses on what you need to know for a safe and healthy home practice. The class uses creative props to demonstrate the importance of alignment. Lindsay's students say this awareness has changed their practice of yoga! For this class, please set up near an open wall. Class wraps up with 20 minutes of restorative poses, guided meditation and/or self massage to help reset the nervous system. This class will give you the perfect reset for the remainder of your week! Once you register for class, you'll receive an email (no later than one hour before class start) with a link for the online class. Simply click on the link to login for class. We recommend you download Zoom to your smartphone, tablet, or computer before the class and test it out.
About Lindsay Balfour
Lindsay DiLeo, RYT-200, offers private and group classes. She studied at the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and regularly participates in continuing education to serve the evolving needs of her students. Lindsay has practiced yoga for almost 15 years. She believes its ancient wisdom and healing benefits can be accessed by all to live a more deliberate and bountiful life. As a hatha yoga instructor, Lindsay focuses on alignment over range of motion. In other words, flexibility is not required! Sequences are built to move stagnant energy, eliminate aches and pains and move in the direction of balance.

In this ONLINE Gentle Flow class with Natascha, you’ll be guided through movement in a slower, gentler pace with a focus on connecting movement and breath. Props are always encouraged.This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience and those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace. This class is 60 minutes in length.
About Natascha Bohmann
Natascha is the Founder of Udana Yoga and Wellness, and has been teaching yoga since 2009. She is a 500 hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and yoga therapist, as well as a continuing education provider through the Yoga Alliance. She is also a Relax and Renew® Trainer, Yoga4Cancer (y4c) instructor, and has studied prenatal yoga. Natascha's teaching is influenced by Restorative, Iyengar and Vinyasa styles, as well as yoga's sister science of Ayurveda. She is drawn to the transformative power of yoga and the constant growth one finds in the practice, on all levels --mind, body and spirit. Her personal mission is to help others improve their overall well-being, helping others find balance and creating space for Self Care. She believes in making yoga accessible through a welcoming, non-intimidating atmosphere. Yoga is for every body and Natascha has a passion for sharing this philosophy. In addition to her yoga experience, Natascha is a Third Degree Reiki Master Practitioner through the Usui System of Natural Healing and a Thai Bodywork practitioner. ONLINE - Gentle Stretch
with Tina Krenzer

Join Tina ONLINE for this live class via Zoom. At this time, Tuesday Gentle Stretch classes will be live, while Friday classes will be a prerecorded version of Tuesday's class (you will be sent a private link to the video recording). Gentle Stretch is a basic yoga class suitable for all experience levels and is particularly great for those new to yoga. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. About Tina Krenzer
​Tina is a 200 hour RYT through Kanyakumari Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness Center, having completed her training in 2012. Yoga has been a life-changing tool for her as she overcame breast cancer and knee surgeries. She finds yoga to be a holistic, all-encompassing approach to well-being. Tina regularly teaches classes geared toward the 50+ population. She enjoys sharing a gentle practice appropriate for all levels and forms a special bond with her students through her compassionate, fun approach.

Basic Flow is perfect for beginners and those continuing to grow their practice. With a mix of gentle vinyasa and hatha yoga, this practice will help you to feel your body, increase your flexibility and relieve stress. Yoga also awakens your soul! This class will feature other stress-reducing elements from the devotional practice of yoga called "Bhakti" to uplift you through mantra, music, and more!
About Molly Sommerhalder
My mission is to connect people to their souls and sacred space through yoga including asana, bhakti, meditation, music, mantra and breath. Also, to teach women to connect and heal their bodies, especially the pelvic floor. Along with provide tools to balance hormones through meditation, relaxation, essential oils and more. I have been practicing for over 15 years and completed my 200-hour training in 2008. In 2009, I was an apprentice with Turbodog Yoga in Chicago, IL and I finished my Level 1 Teacher Training in Aerial Yoga from Inner Sun Yoga Studio in Oshkosh in 2015. In Fall 2015, I attended Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band's 7 day Bhakti Immersion where I learned mantras and harmonium and I have also had lessons with Girish including a weekend mantra camp series in 2016. I currently teach Yoga for Women's Health workshops which I gained knowledge in women’s health through my own therapeutic journey in healing my pelvic floor with a certified physical educator. These workshops take Eastern and Western techniques to help women with menopause, pelvic floor issues and hormonal imbalance. My traditional classes/workshops combine the asana practice, mantra and other bhakti yoga traditions for a full devotional practice. My goal is to make yoga/bhakti accessible to everyone and connect to the Mind, Body and Spirit for a balanced life, find inner courage and live sacredly.
