As a rule of thumb, you should ALWAYS receive an email confimation for any appointments booked through the online system.  Therefore, it is crucial to enter an email address as this is how you will know your appointment has been secured.

Please note our 24 hour cancellation policy. Our therapists have been reserved exclusively for your appointment, therefore a 24 hour cancellation notice is required inorder to avoid full billing to your credit card.

If you would like to REQUEST a staff member for your treatment, please choose that persons name under the "With Whom" drop down on the initial appointment booking screen.  If the request is not chosen here there will be no indication in the system that there is a staff preference for the service.
