Art of Alignment is a wellness practice for the whole being.It is a practice to strengthen the body with the help of breath and appreciation of mind. As you explore your physical alignment with specific guidance, you learn more about how to practice poses according to your own body frame. You will learn foundation and basic alignment of postures. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and build on them week by week.
