Sarah Petrich, DPT leads this mat based Pilates class that integrates postural corrective exercises designed to re-balance breath, asymmetrical movement patterns and spine alignment. Her suggested props for this class are: a pillow or yoga block, a 1-2 inch book, a ball or paper towel roll t place between your knees and if you have an exercise band/loop or long scarf that is a bonus.
