Ontario will enter Stage 3 of re-opening Friday July 16th, 2021. We are excited to welcome you back at which time The Spa will be offering RMT massage, manicures, pedicures, hair removal (including face) and facials. As part of the guidelines provided by the Premier and Public Health, masks or face coverings are still required while in the Spa and during treatments (facials excluded). Clients and staff are still required to keep 2 meters apart.

The necessary changes have been made to ensure your health, safety, and well-being, and that of our team members, based on the guidance we have received from Toronto Public Health and supported by industry specific advice from The College of Massage Therapists (CMTO).

Our Valued Clients

    • Clients will be pre-screened prior to booking (via email or SMS) and on arrival in accordance with Health Canada’s regulations.
    • Clients are asked to come to the appointment wearing a clean disposable or reusable mask that can be worn throughout the treatment.
    • Clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the spa and before and after their treatments.
    • Due to the COVID-19 restrictions currently in place our lounges, saunas and shower facilities will not be available.
    • Contactless payment and insurance receipts are available.
    • If you have any questions prior or during your visit, you can contact any of our team members who will gladly assist you.

 
Our Team Commitment to Clients and Co-workers

    • Team members will be screened daily before entering the Spa.
    • All team members will be required to stay at home if unwell and follow official guidance on self-isolating
    • All team members will be required to wear PPE as appropriate.
    • The team will follow a policy of no physical contact and maintain physical distancing, wherever possible.
    • 30 minutes between every service to ensure our treatment rooms will continue to be disinfected at the highest standards.
    • We are continuing to disinfect high touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, light switches on a regular basis.
    • We have removed all non-essential items to minimize any contamination risk.
    • Hand washing and sanitizer stations will be located throughout the spa.

FAQ

PROMPTNESS If you are running late, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. (full-service fee will apply).

CELL PHONES Remember you are in a No Cell Zone. Please make sure your cell phone is turned off and placed safely inside your locker. Cell phones can be very distracting even on vibrate and since all phones now have cameras, it can raise privacy concerns among others visiting the spa.

CANCELLATION POLICY/NO SHOWS Last minute cancellation penalties will be waived with a valid reason (except for no-show a full-service fee applies)

GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES & SERIES are non-refundable.

CHILDREN We love kids, but the Spa is a place where Moms and Dads come to rest and recharge their batteries. So please, make baby-sitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones. Must be 18 years and older.

SPA DINING Under the current situation, dining has been suspended.

HEALTH AND COMFORT LEVEL Please notify us before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, and any other physical ailments or need assistance. This will prepare our staff in advance so we may provide the best possible treatment for you. When receiving your treatment, the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment.

INDOOR VOICE Speaking at low levels will ensure everyone remains in a relaxed state and help you get there too. Many visit the spa to reflect or meditate and may wish to shy away from conversation. Groups are encouraged to arrange a private space should you wish to “Get the Party Started” at The SPA.

WHAT TO WEAR For now, the Public Health and Safety guidelines require us to close our change facilities. Clients will change in their treatment room. Please wear something comfortable.

GRATUITY In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

PARKING Parking is located across from the Hotel/Spa entrance. It is a "Pay and Display" lot. The cost is $2.00 per hour/ Maximum daily rate $12.00 (6am-6am)

PERSONAL ARTICLES Every client is provided a personal locker, however, the SPA is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
