About Liz Martinez
My name is Elizabeth Martinez but I go by Liz... I have four beautiful children with my husband Matt. I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Sojourn studio in Hanford. I began to work on my health in 2014 by doing group classes at various gyms, so I fell in love with feeling strong. Yoga challenged my idea of strong and now I get to share that feeling with others. I have been instructing yoga to beginners and individuals with injuries, as well as first responders and competitive athletes.

Build the strength and body awareness you need to safely practice arm balances and inversions! Arm balances are fun, build confidence, increase core & upper body strength, body awareness and breath connection. Don't think you can arm balance?? Nervous about going upside down?? Don't worry!! Modifications will be given and you can move at your own pace...you will probably surprise yourself! After the strong we will melt into soft with relaxing postures and Savasana. Experience with flow yoga is recommended for this class.
