Sojourn Strong
Build the strength and body awareness you need to safely practice arm balances and inversions! Arm balances are fun, build confidence, increase core & upper body strength, body awareness and breath connection. Don't think you can arm balance?? Nervous about going upside down?? Don't worry!! Modifications will be given and you can move at your own pace...you will probably surprise yourself! After the strong we will melt into soft with relaxing postures and Savasana. Some extra support will be offered in Savasana via hands on adjustments (optional) and guided meditation. Experience with flow yoga is recommended for this class.

Sojourn Sculpt is our signature flow practice with sets of plank variations and standing postures where we will incorporate light weights for upper body and core strength building. Students have the option to use light weights or no weights...it's all up to you! Either way, you can expect a fun and sweaty flow practice ending with relaxation. Modifications are given to accommodate all levels.
