Experience with flow yoga is recommended for this class but modifications are always offered so you can customize the practice to your body.

Build the strength and body awareness you need to safely practice arm balances and inversions! Arm balances are fun, build confidence, increase core & upper body strength, body awareness and breath connection. Don't think you can arm balance?? Nervous about going upside down?? Don't worry!! Modifications will be given and you can move at your own pace...you will probably surprise yourself! After the strong we will melt into soft with relaxing postures and Savasana. Experience with flow yoga is recommended for this class.

Easy(ISH) Yoga is a great option for those that feel out of shape or need an "easier" class for whatever reason. The ISH is because lets face it...yoga is hard! That being said, this class will have fewer poses, move at a slower pace and is shorter in duration. If you are ready to get moving but feel like you can't hang in a longer/harder class.....this is a fit for you!

Align & refine sequencing is all about tuning more into your students and less into your notes! Get some great ideas for class themes, brainstorm some sequencing for apex poses and themes, learn how to fit your sequence notes on a post it and step away from your notes. Also included in this training is info on how to modify the practice for the variables that show up in the yoga room. This class will help you access your knowledge from your head so you can teach from your heart! Time to connect more to your students and less to that piece of paper!!

Time to Refine: Inspiration & Self-Care
In day 2 of time to refine we will explore the fine balance of being a lover of yoga and a teacher! How to stay inspired, keep it real and have a home practice that gives you all the goods that made you fall in love with yoga in the first place. During this training there will also be an opportunity to discuss managing our energy in the interactions we have with students and how to handle complicated situations that may arise and set boundaries appropriately. Included in this 4 hour class is a 90 minute yoga practice led by Lucianna.
