 Gentle Kundalini Yoga
Seventh Wonder invites you to join us for Kundalini Yoga and align with you highest sense of being The nature of Kundalini Yoga is to awaken consciousness by revealing to us our self-imposed limitations. Each class includes a Kriya, which is a specific set of actions that targets a specific energetic outcome along with meditation, mantra and pranayam to open our awareness, inhale and strengthen not just our physical bodies but our whole being. What to bring: We do provide yoga mats but please feel free to bring your own yoga mat/pillow/blanket/etc.. What to wear: Comfortable clothing (Typically white is worn during Kundalini classes because it enhances our energetic presence and filters any negative energy but it is completely optional!)
About Ashley Ireland
Kundalini Yoga is a called the yoga of awareness and it awakens you to your full potential. This happens through stimulating the Kundalini energy, which lies dormant at the base of your spine, causing the energy to rise up through the energy centers, or chakras, of the body. The goal of Kundalini Yoga is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Kundalini Yoga uses drishti (or eye focus), mudras (hand postures), asanas (postures), and chanting, combining all of these together, helps to increase physical healing and emotional peace. This session will include tuning in, warm ups, pranayama (breathing techniques), kriya (set of exercises), deep relaxation and meditation. It is suitable for all ages and stages.

Join us on the sacred dance floor in a safe space to experience transformational healing and meditation through dance. Ecstatic dance is a form of improvisational movement that is unmediated by consciousness and fear. Ecstatic dance calls us to move in accordance with the compulsions of body and soul. It asks us to be without thinking, to move without knowing; it calls us to transcend our inner voice to get in touch with our deepest feelings and desires.
