Still Kickin' is back! These chair exercises plus standing moves will get you in shape without the strain of getting up and down off of the floor. The class will have mild aerobic effects while stretching, toning and strengthening all parts of your body. Accessories such as hand weights, resistance rings, sticks and kettlebells will help with core training, balance and range-of-motion.
