At Oasis Healing Arts, our therapists are trained to ensure that our pregnancy massage clients are 100% comfortable and safe. In the very early months of pregnancy, you may lie on your stomach or back as usual. After about 5 months into your pregnancy, and depending on your belly's presentation and your comfort levels, sidelying positioning is ideal, with supportive cushions for your neck, lower back, and hips to maintain proper alignment of your joints and to keep you optimally comfortable and relaxed.
