Chair Yoga is a gentle and supportive practice that is beneficial for people who experience physical challenges or limited mobility. This accessible modification of traditional yoga in a chair is appropriate for people of all ages. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. Learn how to use your breath to find deep relaxation while building strength, flexibility and equanimity to improve your quality of life. No experience necessary, all are welcome.Please register for classes at least 30 minutes prior. Your instructor will email you the zoom link for your class 30 minutes before class begins.
