About Liza Dioso
Liza Dioso received her 200 hour hot yoga certification in January 2012 at Dana Hot Yoga in Bala Cynwyd, PA under the tutelage of Lisa Mitchell and Rachel Hoppenstein. Liza’s voyage to the yoga mat quite simply began as a New Year’s resolution in 2009. Little did she know how that one challenge would drastically change her life and enhance her love of music, motherhood and creativity. While continuing her yogic journey, Liza discovered Reiki. She is Reiki Levels I, II & Advanced Level III certified under the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage. It is this technique of stress reduction, and promotion of relaxation that continues to deepen her appreciation for holistic well being. In March 2012, Liza completed teacher training for children’s yoga with Childlight Yoga. In April 2012 Liza also completed teacher training for restorative yoga with Bhakti Judith Curiel and in 2013 completed certification in Yin yoga with Corina Benner. Liza is passionate about reaching and captivating anyone who has ever thought about giving yoga a try. It is her hope that she is able to encourage everyone in seeing the world with different eyes through her lightheartedness, humor and ever growing love for her yoga practice on and off the mat. Liza’s devotion for yoga, meditation, wellness and music are apparent in her sensitive and thoughtful classes.
