This may seem easy, but how is this started? That is what this workshop will help you begin. This workshop will show you how to develop a healthy routine to begin reaching those goals. You will be shown how to: ·Accomplish short healthy meditations ·Organize the tasks of the next day ·Breathe ·Journal ·Use affirmations ·Set Menus ·Find the positive moments of the day ·Reduce Stress ·Increase Positive Mood This workshop will get you started towards an organized life to help you attain your new life goals.
About the teacher
Jill is a licensed massage therapist focused on empowering her clients to attain and maintain wellness. She uses several integrated techniques to work with the body. She is also a licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Holistic Life Coach, Crystologist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master. She has experience working with collegiate and professional athletes. Jill's service dog, Sherlock, will be present during the sessions. Please notify us if you are not comfortable with dogs.
