We understand life is full of the unexpected, however if you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a call at least 2 hours of notice in advance. $20 fees will charged for cancellation less than 2 hours.

“NO SHOW” will be charged $20.  Please keep in mind “no show” and “last minute cancellation” leaves our staffs with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot.
Late Arrival: Appointments will be held for 10 minutes, after this grace period you will be consider a walk-in and give you the next available slot
