British born owner Susan  strived to create a unique space. A colorful, creative place with a feel of “home” (England for me) while being appealing and comfortable for the residents of Washington. High Maintenance Spa & Salon is the product of this desire. My dream could not be complete without the talented technicians that work alongside me. Breaking away from the stereotypical intimidating salon environment the team at HM have enabled me to establish a salon that is inviting and friendly, and not at all daunting for both the established Salon guest and a newbie experimenting with first time treatments.
