Qigong (like Tai Chi) is movement that blends vibration, sound, imagery, and breathing in order to change patterns of energy in the body. Qigong is a simple name for a broad category of movements combined with breath that bring healing energy and ease to the major organs, and in turn, to the entire body, including the spine and brain. The movements are gentle, but very powerful, like a moving meditation. After a session, you feel energized, lighter, more graceful, and happier.
