    Taking time before embarking on a float voyage, sauna ceremony, energy session, or massage to land in our space and set an intention for your time here is a wonderful way to get the most out of your visit and tune in to your highest self.

    Integrating your sessions with some space alone to drop into the timeless Now will help ensure you carry your HÄLSA into every moment of your living.

    The room has blankets, cushions, chairs, a yoga mat, and a meditation bench. Soft lighting, sacred geometry and beautiful crystals call in Earth and Sky.

    You can book the room for 30 or 60 minute blocks. There is no set price for your time – pay what you feel is fair. We offer this space as a gift and are grateful to receive a gift in return!
