Power Vinyasa

This class will focus on proper alignments of asana building strength and flexibility by powering through vinyasas and creating a relationship with focus on longer holds during peak poses. Beginning with integration into your practice, stretch, strengthen, flow through sequences of standing posture and vinyasas, cool down and rounding out with a final meditation.
