Join us for an all-levels transformative 8-week yoga series where we explore the chakras through a combination of hatha and kundalini-inspired practices. This unique journey is designed to introduce you to, or deepen your understanding of, and connection with your chakras. What to Expect: Each week, we’ll focus on a specific chakra, starting at the foundation, the Root Chakra, and working our way up to the Crown Chakra, culminating with an exploration of the Aura. Through a variety of methods such as yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), mantras (chanting), mudras (hand gestures or positions), guided meditation, and sound healing instruments, we’ll explore each chakra’s unique qualities, energies, and effects on both our physical and energetic well-being. Whether you're exploring the world of chakras for the first time or seeking to enrich your existing yoga practice, this series is tailored to be inclusive for all levels. Beginners find a comprehensive introduction, while experienced yogis can deepen their practice through subtle elements like mudras and mantras specific to each chakra. This series will guide you through a gentle yet powerful experience. This Series is available as a package that includes all 8 classes, as well as on a single class drop-in basis.

Free Community Kundalini yoga class! We'll follow J'ai Dev in a pre-recorded class projected on a large-screen in our studio. This practice is a movement meditation suitable for all skill levels where we learn to focus on our breath along with a repetitive movement to increase the energy flow through the body.
