Zoom Therapeutic Yoga

This class is suitable for those who feel comfortable practicing Sun Salutations and have prior experience with vinyasa yoga.Meditation and simple chants open and close the class to create a mindful space.Sequences explore Warrior poses, forward bends, balancing poses, twists and backbends.Modifications are offered to allow every body to find centering within each pose.Pranayama work outside of ujayii breath is introduced.Students should be free of major injuries.
Dr. Sage McClive began a long journey recovering from a severe lumbar and neck strain as a young person, fresh out of college. Through chiropractic care, Yoga, acupuncture and other alternative modalities she owes her full recovery.
First, she trained in the ViniYoga lineage and has evolved her classes since 2010. Through the doctorate program of chiropractic she started applying her knowledge of holistic healing to help more people.
She is now a chiropractor and movement/yoga teacher holding an emphasis in spinal care and holistic well-being.
