We highly recommend calling in, if booking more than one appointment for 2 or more people.

 On-line booking does not guarantee a specific room. Couples services booked online may not be in the same room. To ensure it is booked in the same room please call to book your appointment.

We request that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you run late for your reserved treatment, please notify us. We will certainly do our best to accommodate your treatment, although it may need to be shortened to ensure we remain on time for following guests.   

 If you choose a specific staff member please write it in the special request notes, as appointments are sometimes moved around. This will ensure you will remain with that staff member.

 Please note credit card must be present at time of check out. Online booking requires a card to hold the appointment ONLY and need to be swiped at check out. The spa cannot use card that is not present.

 Please refer to our website for our cancellation policy.  No-show appointments and cancellations within 48 hours, will result in a full charge.
