I'm a member, how do I book my Membership Treatment online?

To book your membership treatment online, simply log in and select your treatment choice, preferred time and follow the steps to complete your online booking. As a member all of your bookings will automatically apply the members rate and show any redeemable membership benefits. When checking out on the day of your booking, our hosts will confirm if you would like to redeem your membership benefit against your treatment.

 

Why are my credit card details required? 

When booking online we do ask that our clients provide their credit or debit card details for a pre-authorisation, and for non-members a 50% deposit will be charged in order for us to secure your booking. For our clients convenience these card details can also be used on the day of your booking to pay for your treatment. To do this, just inform our hosts when checking out that you would like to pay using the credit or debit card details you have provided online.

Bali Health Lounge has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all bookings, full details of which can be found here. For any bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the card details which you have provided when booking will be charged 50% of the treatment total. For any bookings cancelled with 48 hours notice or more.

 

What is a credit card pre-authorisation?

This is not a charge to your credit card. A pre-authorisation is a security guarantee for payment only to allow Bali Health Lounge to charge your credit card once a service has been completed, a product purchased or if a cancellation charge is due.

 

Can I specify which therapist I would like?

Yes you can through our online booking platform. However, please note that online bookings may have therapist selections changed. If your therapist selection is strongly preferred, please make a note of this in the special requests box and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

How can I book couples treatments? 

All of our massage and facial treatments can be performed in our couples room so that you can enjoy your treatment experience together. To book a couples treatment online, just make a note that you would like your treatments in our couples room and we will do our best to accommodate.  

 

Can I specify the gender of my therapist? 

To specify the gender of your therapist when booking, select either Male or Female staff on the “with whom” drop down menu. Once you have selected your therapist, just make a note in the special requests box that you would prefer your treatment be with a Male or Female therapist.

 

Can I cancel my booking online?

If you wish to cancel a booking made online, please call on 01618502288 and one of our hosts will be happy to help. Bookings cannot be cancelled online All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy, details of which can be found here.

 

Can I use my gift vouchers to book online?

To book using a gift voucher, simply log in and select your gift voucher treatment and preferred time. When completing your online booking, select gift voucher and enter your voucher details. Any gift voucher bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the voucher value will be deducted.

 

Can I book online without registering?

In order to book online you will be required to register using your name, contact number and email address. Registering allows you to easily keep track of upcoming appointments and view previous bookings.

 

Can I make a group/party booking online?

As bookings of 5 or more are individually tailored for each group, they cannot be booked online. To enquire about a party booking you can give us a call on 01618502288 and speak to our hosts. Should you wish to go ahead with the booking our hosts will be happy to guide you through our group booking process.

 

Can I book a package online?

Package bookings cannot be made online. To book a package you can give us a call on 01618502288.

 

How do I book more than one treatment?

If you want to reserve multiple treatments on a single day:

After selecting your first service, click "Select another Service" to select a second. Repeat this process to select a third, fourth, etc.

If you want to reserve services on an additional day:

Use the "Book more appointments" link on the final confirmation screen to book appointments on additional days.

 

I’ve selected the incorrect treatment, how do I change my selection?

To change your treatment selection, use the controls at the top of the “select appointments”. This can also be used to change the treatment time and therapist if necessary.

 

My service is unavailable on my preferred day, how do I check alternative dates?

If no times are available on the date you selected, you can check availability for neighbouring days or weeks by clicking through the date tabs.
