The signer of the contract is responsible for letting the entire party know the Terms & Conditions and agrees to be financially responsible for their appointments if they fail to show or pay.

All Guests will arrive 15 minutes prior to their first appointment or we may not be able to guarantee the desired service.

Food & drinks are welcome however I understand that a separate area is not guaranteed. I also understand that alcohol is not permitted at The Spa. Alcohol is a contraindication when receiving spa services or using our heated amenities.

In the event of needing to cancel the party we require a 48hr notice or the credit card on file will be charged.
