Beginner's Yoga

Great for people completely new to yoga, Beginner's Yoga class covers basic poses and discovering the correct posture and alignment for your body. We also discuss how poses benefit the body for health and well-being. Students will learn to develop and strengthen their personal practice by covering basic standing poses, forward bends, back bends, twists, and maybe an inversion or two! Beginners Yoga classes are suitable for all skill levels, including Beginner Yogis and beyond.
Since 2005 Raymond Waller has been helping a individuals accomplish their health goals and live pain free with his training in Therapeutic Massage, Holistic Nutrition, and Holistic Energywork. While he enjoys writing articles and teaching classes, his passion is using Body Somatic Therapy to find and correct imbalances in the body’s structure that cause pain and injury.
