Estuary Spa Policies

Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina is a family friendly resort, however, children under 15 years of age are not permitted in the spa. Guests 15-17 years of age may receive services in a couples massage room with their parent/guardian receiving a service at the same time, with a signed consent form. Parents/guardians may not sit in the treatment room in order for the minor to receive a service.

We are unable to perform the Therapeutic & Tranquil Prental massage to expecting mothers still in the first trimester. 

Credit card, room charge, resort gift cards accepted. Sorry, we do not accept cash.

Treatments will begin and end on time as a courtsey to the next guest. If you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten your appointment time.

There is a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for appointments. If your apointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of your service, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service cost.

We welcome our local Charleston guests! Please be aware that recieving a spa service does not grant access to our pool. Resort amenites are reserved for resort guests only. We do not offer a "day pass" at this time.
