Here you go! Better late than never. :) “Yoga is not about touching you toes. It is what you learn on the way down.” One of my favorite yoga quotes and to me, perfectly sums up what yoga is about. I fell in love with yoga during my first pregnancy. And the rest, as they say is history. After having my son I decided to continue my yoga journey and take teacher training. That was over five years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. I am now the mother of two; one special needs 8 year old who keeps us on our toes (and always keeps life interesting) and a very energetic 5 year old who has her own inner light that I love to see shine! I love that yoga meets you wherever you are. It grows and transitions with you. There is some part or style of yoga for everyone, no matter your skill level or background or body type. I love exploring all that yoga can do and be with my students, in both a class and private setting - whether that’s through exploring a fun and unique theme in my group classes each week or tailoring a private session to be exactly what you’re craving. My passion for yoga has only grown and led me to start Stardust Yoga & Spirit and to become a Reiki Master. I continue to be a student of yoga and the intuitive arts. The bodies subtle energy systems are fascinating and can help us access so many amazing benefits and healing opportunities and I always feel such sweet gratitude when I have the chance to share this with my clients.
