About Mary Angel Blount
Mary Angel Blount, MFA, RYT, comes to yoga from a roundabout route. Before she started training to be a yoga instructor, she taught college English for 23 years. “When I discovered yoga in the 1990s, I was teaching creative writing and composition. I was amazed at yoga’s effect on creativity,” she says. “Yoga lowered my self-criticism, so I could feel freer to create.” She continues: “Yoga is also phenomenal for stress. It speeds up the energy in my body and slows down the energy in my mind. It is the perfect reset! More than that, it’s bliss! My calling is to help others discover how profoundly and how positively yoga can affect us all.” In addition to teaching a variety of hatha/vinyasa yoga classes at Bliss Bliss Bliss such as Gentle Yoga and Bliss Flow, Mary Angel also teaches Chakra Yoga, a 75-minute class that includes chakra assessment & balancing, journaling, chanting, meditation, and asana. “The two forces running through our bodies—the liberation current and the manifestation current—are always fluctuating and thus, in constant need of balancing. Chakra Yoga helps us to balance our energy and dissolve our blocks to love and creative bliss.”

Hot Vinyasa With Melita
with Melita Mollohan
1 hour minutes
The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” In a vinyasa yoga class, poses are arranged in a special way.The intention of the poses is to create an intentional space. In this class strength, balance, and breath are woven together to create a flow. The room is intentionally heated because of the many benefits heat offers to your body. Heat protects your muscles as they move through their full range of motion. Endorphins are released helping to reverse the negative effects of stress.

About Kelly Nix
Kelly Nix, PhD Certified Yoga Teacher | Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach & Trainer My yoga journey began in 2002 while training for triathlons. Looking for balance, I discovered yoga and was immediately drawn to its transformative power. In 2007, I completed my Level One Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste, and soon after began teaching. A few years later, I deepened my practice by completing Levels Two and Three with Amazing Yoga. While Hot Vinyasa Yoga shaped much of my foundation, I’ve recently been drawn to a slower, more mindful flow and yin-inspired practices. In 2025, I completed my YIN Yoga Certification with Amazing Yoga. Over the years, I’ve learned that true power begins in the mind—and that living authentically requires intention and practice. My academic path reflects this passion: I hold a Master’s in Wellness Management and a Ph.D. in Human and Community Development with a focus on Leadership. Through my professional roles, yoga training, and lived experiences, I’ve become more interested in helping others grow as leaders. To me, teaching yoga is ultimately about guiding people toward purpose, presence, and authenticity. Outside of teaching, I find joy and serenity outdoors whether biking, hiking, golfing, or cross-country skiing. Nature continues to be my grounding space, offering freedom, connection, and renewal.

February Breathwork Circle - Softening the Saboteur
with Melita Mollohan
1 hour 30 minutes minutes
On Febuary 19, 2026from 5:30-7pm we gather. "Fear is excitement without the breath." ~ Fritz Perls, MD If you have a pattern of enjoying a period of feeling really good... only to do something to mess it up, then this Breathwork Circle is for you! If you take 3 steps forward and 2 (or 20) backwards, then this Breathwork Circle is for you! The saboteur lives in the unconscious awareness so no matter how hard you try consciously (and I KNOW you have!!!), we have to address what's beneath the surface. During this Breathwork Circle, we will be diving into the inner depths, where your most deeply held beliefs about what's possible reside. We will address them at this subconscious level to start to clear them so that we can continue to make steps forward with less steps backwards. January's Breathwork Circle we went deep into what we actually want for ourselves. This Breathwork Circle we are clearing the obstacles We are laying the groundwork for March's Breathwork Circle - Dark Moon Manifestations in which we will use the magic of the dark moon to help bring our desires to reality... just in time for the Spring Equinox (the true new year!). Breathwork We will spend our time in a Breathwork Circle releasing the energetic and physical gunk that has infiltrated our nervous systems. We'll drop into our unconscious awareness to see where some of our blocks might be. “Remover of Obstacles” Flower Essence We will also be using a flower essence blend hand crafted by Melita called “Remover of Obstacles.” This blend is specifically crafted to help us to soften our saboteur, remove the obstacles in our unconscious way, gain courage and confidence, and say yes to the things that lead us to our success. This is completely optional for each participant. A bottle of the flower essence blend used during this circle will be available for purchase separately from Melita if desired to continue the work. Workshop Then we will spend our time learning about the saboteur and tools to use to tap into the unconscious mind to chip away at the obstacles and doubts that get in our way. Please bring a journal/notebook with you to this circle so you can jot down any ah-has you may have. Beginners are always welcome and encouraged to join the circle! Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are. There is no physical yoga practice. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to Melita: melita@zenfromwithin.com **Due to the intimate nature and limited space, these workshops tend to sell out quickly. Early registration is highly suggested. Payment is made when you register. Sorry, no refunds. If you can’t make it to the workshop, please send a friend in your place. If you cannot find a friend to come in your place, please email Melita so she can manage her waitlist. Thank you for your understanding.**

About Mary Angel Blount*
