We have a very relaxed cancellation policy.  If you are unable to make your appointment, simple call us 24 hours in advance and let us know and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charges 100% of the treatment price or if you are using a gift certificate, it will be voided.

Note: 48 hours notice is required for the "Relaxation day for one or two".

We must charge for late cancellations, because it takes away any opportunity we have to fill that appointment.
