    I put a spiritual twist on all Intuitive Guidance Coaching I do as I believe when we are frustrated in life, we are further away from spirit.When we feel content, we are close to our spirit and feel connection to self and all that is around us.This is the ultimate goal, to be in this content state so that when life throws its challenges, we are aware or it and find understanding with it, rather than being beat up by it!

    Reaching out to someone for help is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength.Strength in that you want change and you are worthy to receive it.Why should others have peace of mind but you should not?Yes, you can have it and there are people everywhere to help – all we have to do is ask.

    In these sessions we will chat about your main concerns.I will pull from all my training as a Life Coach and Spiritual Teacher/Healer to guide you back to your true self – a life with more joy, peace and understanding.

    Rapid is a soft tissue movement-based technique, used to quickly and effectively reduce pain by releasing adhesions and restoring fascial and muscular tissue.

    It uses strategic protocols that can help get rid of chronic painful conditions, increase range of motion, and restore muscle tone and strength.

    Every session is combined of history, examination, and treatment. Movement, tone, tightness and texture are evaluated by the provider. Areas with adhesion are then treated with combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.

    Things to keep in mind- RAPID sessions may be uncomfortable during the movement phase of the treatment. This occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function.

    Some of the most painful conditions are resolved within 2-8 rapid treatments.
