In this ONLINE Gentle Flow class with Natascha, you’ll be guided through movement in a slower, gentler pace with a focus on connecting movement and breath. Props are always encouraged.This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience and those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace. This class is 60 minutes in length.
About the teacher
Natascha is the Founder of Udana Yoga and Wellness, and has been teaching yoga since 2009. She is a 500 hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and yoga therapist, as well as a continuing education provider through the Yoga Alliance. She is also a Relax and Renew® Trainer, Yoga4Cancer (y4c) instructor, and has studied prenatal yoga. Natascha's teaching is influenced by Restorative, Iyengar and Vinyasa styles, as well as yoga's sister science of Ayurveda. She is drawn to the transformative power of yoga and the constant growth one finds in the practice, on all levels --mind, body and spirit. Her personal mission is to help others improve their overall well-being, helping others find balance and creating space for Self Care. She believes in making yoga accessible through a welcoming, non-intimidating atmosphere. Yoga is for every body and Natascha has a passion for sharing this philosophy. In addition to her yoga experience, Natascha is a Third Degree Reiki Master Practitioner through the Usui System of Natural Healing and a Thai Bodywork practitioner. The is also a Level 1 Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and End of Life Doula.

The practice will start with a gentle warm-up and restorative yoga practice and then end with a nourishing and renewing yoga nidra experience. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. It is a deeply relaxing experience that helps reduce stress and improve sleep. Enjoy the opportunity to slow down and treat yourself to deep relaxation.

Udana's Beginners Series is a 4-week session offered quarterly. This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or for those who are looking to "go back to basics." In this class, you'll learn various yoga postures and breathing techniques as well as proper alignment. Sign up for the full session $48 or drop-in at the regular $15 rate. About the teacher
Marie is a Registered Yoga Teacher-200 hour with the Yoga Alliance. She completed her yoga teacher training at YogAsylum (now Everyday Bliss). Marie is married and has two cats. When not practicing yoga, she enjoys quilting, gardening, and baking goodies. She looks forward to sharing her passion for yoga with you!
