Community Yoga

Prefer a slower, more nourishing yoga class focused on recovery and renewal? Then this class is for you. Your co-workers can thank us later. Class is $10 because “I can’t afford yoga” is a terrible reason not to practice and not be part of your community. Beginners are welcome to this all-levels class.
About Rosemary Murrain
Rosemary received her 500 hour yoga certification through YogaWorks in 2012. As a wife, mother, and full-time working professional, Rosemary believes in the practice of self-care and strives to bring the principles of yoga and self-awareness to all aspects of her life and share it with others. Rosemary’s teaching style is rooted in Hatha Yoga. She focuses breath and alignment. She enjoys creating a class environment where there is something for everyone. When Rosemary is not doing yoga she she enjoys hiking with her husband and three children.

Tuesday Strength Building Yoga
with Pinky Bacsinila
1 hour minutes
Get your yoga on with a bit of athletic fare. In this class, more poses will focus on building muscular strength and core balance. You’ll sweat a bit, stave off stressors, and get a good rest at the end. You’ll understand why athletes practice yoga. Good for experienced yogis.
About Pinky Bacsinila
Pinky balances her ‘day job’ in finance and consulting with her dedication to wellness through movement and breath. She first took yoga just as a supplement to her athletic based training. But she then began to appreciate yoga’s healing qualities and benefits, both mental and physical, and was hooked. She is an RYT-200 Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, a certified cardio kickboxing instructor, and certified Group Exercise instructor with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Pinky believes yoga is for everybody and every body. She is grateful for the wisdom, sincerity, and inspiration received from all her teachers and strives to pay it forward in her teaching.
