About Lindsay Miller
Lindsay completed her 250 hour yoga teacher training certificate in Tucson, AZ at the Providence Institute in 2008. She was taught in the traditional Hatha yoga method under the Krishnamacharya lineage. It was emphasized in her training to be a student first, teacher second, and always a loving healer. For in yoga, it is the emotional connection, the love we express for our students that does the work. It is the environment of freedom and safety we create more than the postures we choose which allows healing to take place.
