Mary Beth will guide you through a 30 minute divine sleep meditation, where you will release tension, and experience healing on an emotional, physical and energetic level. 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is comparable to 3 hours of sleep. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Let yourself relax and let go, and leave refreshed and full of peace and bliss.Wear your PJ's to class, bring a pillow, and leave class with a renewed sense of self. class fee is a donation to the instructor, but pre-registration is required.
