Yana’s classes are challenging yet compassionate and encouraging. She likes to focus on alignment points throughout class, because understanding of correct alignment and muscle engagement allows students to get the most benefits out of their practice. Class moves in a fluid vinyasa flow, establishing connection between the breath and the body; helping to quiet the mind. will Students will leave feeling powerful, inspired, present and open to infinite possibilities. Yana was born in Vladivostok, Russia and moved to US at the age of 14. She discovered yoga at a studio on Hilton Head Island, SC where she had spend her first years in the US. Coming from 8 years of dance background, Yana fell in love with the fluid transitional movement of vinyasa, which reminded her of dance. Since becoming a regular practitioner, the physical challenges of the practice transformed into mental challenges, and the astonishing connection between the body and the mind was established. Yoga became a therapy, a life-style, a way of thinking, feeling and acting towards others and herself. A more mindful way. It was a shift in perception. Yoga brought an intention to actions and thoughts throughout simple daily routines and interactions. Yoga has opened up doors of possibilities to Yana. The practice brought her confidence, kindness towards herself and others, a feeling of self love and self worth, encouragement to take chances, listen to the heart, and stay authentic. It helped her to recognize community, how beautiful, kind, powerful and encouraging people are, and that possibilities are always there. You just have to take the first step. It taught her that it is okay to mess up because each moment is a chance to start over and re-commit. This new found joy of life through yoga was Yana's inspiration to show other people the path to this bliss. She has completed 2 separate 200HR teacher trainings: Vinyasa Flow in 2011 and Baptiste inspired transformational leadership training in 2013. Each training provided her with a different set of tools to help with her personal practice and teaching. Yana continues to explore the world of yoga daily through yoga practice, yoga literature, workshops, trainings, or anything else. She constantly thirsts for knowledge and growth. Above all, however, Yana’s best teachers are her students and her personal practice.

About Leah Kinsella
Leah is a teacher and guide who practices what she teaches. Meditation, asana, and pranayama are a few of the tools that Leah brings to class. Her classes focus on linking breath with movement expanding the students awareness of mind, body and energy. The experience is transformative. She began practicing yoga in 2000. In 2008 she went through her first teacher training at Prana Yoga in Miami. She has studied meditation extensively with Sally Kempton. In 2009 she came upon her teacher Rod Stryker, founder of Para Yoga®. Para Yoga® is Tantric Sri-Vidya-based. Currently she is a level 1 Para Yoga® instructor and E-RYT200. She teaches GYROKINESIS® and Pilates. Leah combines the integrity that stems from these teachings with an approachable style for all levels.

About Yana Guseva
Yana’s classes are challenging yet compassionate and encouraging. She likes to focus on alignment points throughout class, because understanding of correct alignment and muscle engagement allows students to get the most benefits out of their practice. Class moves in a fluid vinyasa flow, establishing connection between the breath and the body; helping to quiet the mind. will Students will leave feeling powerful, inspired, present and open to infinite possibilities. Yana was born in Vladivostok, Russia and moved to US at the age of 14. She discovered yoga at a studio on Hilton Head Island, SC where she had spend her first years in the US. Coming from 8 years of dance background, Yana fell in love with the fluid transitional movement of vinyasa, which reminded her of dance. Since becoming a regular practitioner, the physical challenges of the practice transformed into mental challenges, and the astonishing connection between the body and the mind was established. Yoga became a therapy, a life-style, a way of thinking, feeling and acting towards others and herself. A more mindful way. It was a shift in perception. Yoga brought an intention to actions and thoughts throughout simple daily routines and interactions. Yoga has opened up doors of possibilities to Yana. The practice brought her confidence, kindness towards herself and others, a feeling of self love and self worth, encouragement to take chances, listen to the heart, and stay authentic. It helped her to recognize community, how beautiful, kind, powerful and encouraging people are, and that possibilities are always there. You just have to take the first step. It taught her that it is okay to mess up because each moment is a chance to start over and re-commit. This new found joy of life through yoga was Yana's inspiration to show other people the path to this bliss. She has completed 2 separate 200HR teacher trainings: Vinyasa Flow in 2011 and Baptiste inspired transformational leadership training in 2013. Each training provided her with a different set of tools to help with her personal practice and teaching. Yana continues to explore the world of yoga daily through yoga practice, yoga literature, workshops, trainings, or anything else. She constantly thirsts for knowledge and growth. Above all, however, Yana’s best teachers are her students and her personal practice.

Hatha Flow
with Jaya

Hatha flow is for any level practitioner, and will encourage you through an introspective process of self-inquiry and response to safely discover, play with and approach your personal edge in your practice. This class will integrate therapeutic principles, focus of intention and a brief mindfulness meditation. You will be moved into a slow, deep flow using alignment-focused asana (posture) targeting the release of stress, tension, and congestion in the body and the mind. Pranayama (breathwork) and introspective awareness will lead you through the perfect yoga practice.
