Tabata Circuit is a High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) Cardio class, with 20 seconds of work, and 10 seconds of rest for 4 minute intervals. This type of training targets both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. HITT training increases metabolism, and burns more fat than traditional cardio.
