Regain Solace Gentle Yoga is a gentle class geared toward beginners, but welcomes all levels of yogis. We will stretch and do some vinyasa flow keeping the tempo nice and slow. Breathwork is a huge focus of this practice.

Slow Flow is a gentle Hatha vinyasa class. All levels are welcome to attend. We keep the pace nice and slow while focusing on form and breathwork. More challenging asanas are offered as well as modifications for each pose.

Chill Out Restorative

Intro rate of $5 per class!! YOGA CHILL Tuesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm This class involves gentle restorative poses to give your body a rest after the beginning of the week. Most if not all the poses will be on the floor with props to make you as comfortable as possible. The second half of class will involve Yoga Nidra literally translated as Yogic Sleep which is basically a guided meditation. You will leave this class feeling rejuvenated and riding a wave of calmness. Calming Essential Oils may be diffused to assist with relaxation, let us know if any allergies or dislikes. Props will be provided. Suitable for all levels.
