Despite the images splashed all over media of largely young, thin, flexible people practicing yoga, there is no such thing as a perfect yoga body.Asana, or physical yoga postures, are appropriate for people in all bodies, regardless of size and shape.In this workshop, we will explore vinyasa yoga in the context of bodies of size.We will explore making space for ample bodies within your practice.This exploration with include tips for working with your unique body shape in traditional poses, as well as exploring props to make poses more accessible. We will end our exploration by melting into the embrace of restorative postures.
