Cancellation Policy

ETIQUETTE POLICIES

We are high-volume, dynamic practice. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee booking.

Cancellation and Change Fee: $100 for less than 24 hour notice to change or cancel.

No-Show Fee: $100 for no shows.

Late Policy: Out of respect for our clientele and staff schedules, treatments for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at Hela® discretion.

Return and Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds at all on any Hela products + services. Hela credit only. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return it within 10 days for exchange or Hela credit.

As always, we thrive on excellence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service or experience, please let us know immediately via book@helaspa.com.

Gratuity: Gratuity for aesthetic services only, not accepted on medical services.
