Salon Rules and Client Expectations



At Epic Hair Studio we strive to provide superior customer service, quality, commitment, and innovation with the complete satisfaction of our clients in mind. Our professional and talented staff finds pleasure in serving you, our clients, to the best of our abilities in a comfortable, relaxing environment.


Keeping our mission in mind, we must make provisions that will ensure the flow of our appointment, please be advised of fees below:


Cancellation /Late Fee/ No Show- $20+

Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period before receiving a late fee. Please be advised that there is a $20 late fee charged to your account after this time. If you are 30 minutes it is required to reschedule your appointment for another day. Please give at least a 12-24 hour notice when cancelling your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled the day of it’s considered a No Show. After 3 no shows, there will be a mandatory deposit when making an appointment.


Comb out/ Take out Fee- $15+

It is expected that all clients completely and thoroughly remove all debris and clean out their hair from knots and tangles. A client with braids, extensions or a sew-ins needing to be removed at arrival, there will be a base $15/hr fee added to their service. This fee pertains to tangled and unmanageable hair as well.


No confirmation = No Appointment

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. Prior to your appointment a confirmation text or email is sent to the contacts that were provided to us. If your appointment is not confirmed within 12-24 hrs and we have tried to contact you at least 2 times, the appointment will need to be cancelled.



Due to safety consideration, limited space, and effort to maintain a relaxing salon environment for all, we ask that you do not bring children or friends unless they are getting a service.
