Locations: Please be sure you are booking your appointment for the correct location. To change locations use the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of your screen
Being Late: We do our best to accommodate customers who are running late. If you are going to be late please call and let us know otherwise we can not guarantee that anyone will be there to tan you. If we have other appointments we will skip to the next appointment should they arrive before you, but we will tan you after that appointment.
Canceling:You can cancel your appointment either online or by calling 503-828-9606 (leaving a message is good enough).
No Shows:If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment you will be forgiven the first & second time, but after 2 we will require you to keep a credit card on file and you will be charged for the services in full.
