KOre Kali takes calisthenics to another level! We use an ab roller machine to intensify your traditional calisthenics such as push ups, dips, and crunches to create awesome results! In the KOre Kali class, we use a variety of core, upper, lower, and total body exercises, all with the ab roller in circuit style training. Bring your exercise gloves!

In this class we utilize the spartabells to execute a wide variety of dynamic exercise, most of which can only be done with spartabells.
