Following further interest in understanding yoga’s effects on overall wellness, he enrolled in Marlysa Sullivan’s Yoga Therapy program, obtaining the 300 HR YT certificate in 201. In contribution with the Cafe of Life, Jose shares this class based on the needs and desires of the people who show up, with the intention of empowerment and trust of the inner wisdom of the body.
About Jose Blanco
José has been practicing Yoga for over 12 years, which has transformed his life in multiple ways. He started his training with Catherine Carrigan at totalfitness.net where he first came across Hatha Yoga concepts and the role of intuition in one’s practice. Soon after an interruption in organizational life, he took to Kashi Atlanta, where he got his 200HR Teacher’s Training Certificate in 2007, and a sense of devotion and depth of/to the practice. Following further interest in understanding yoga’s effects on overall wellness, he enrolled in Marlysa Sullivan’s Yoga Therapy program, obtaining the 300 HR YT certificate in 2011.
