The sun represents the Yang energy within us. Yang Yoga is more flowing and energetic, generating heat to release toxins and re-energize the body. Yang poses often highlight endurance, strength, and balance. By linking breath with movement, Yang Yoga helps improve cardiovascular health, lower body fat, stimulate the immune system and correct muscular imbalances within the body. This class combines both Yin and Yang elements. Please bring your own yoga mat to class.
