About Diana Page
Mother of one daughter, grandmother of two boys 12 and 13.Sister to 3 siblings, recently married after 28 years of being single. Spent 28 in outside sales, telecommunications mostly. I have spent over 40 years being a volunteer and starting my own fundraiser for abused women and children. Retired at age 57 to find my passion and turn it into my new career. I went to Asheville Yoga Center, and received my 230 hour teaching certificate, and have been teaching yoga ever since. I have always been a science and health nerd, so yoga covers that for me, and helps me bring all the benefits it has to offer to others. I manly focus on Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative yoga, and Deep Stretch Yoga. I started Classes to learn meditation over 28 years ago, for personal use, and now offer classes for others as well. I'm very passionate about Yoga and meditation, and always excited to bring it to others who have yet to try either of them.
