Motivated Monday Yoga

This is a gentle yoga class incorporating broken down postures in a vinyasa class.This will stimulate the internal organs with breath and strengthen the body. This class is for all levels, postures will vary.There will be a prayer in the beginning and end of class, with the intention being focused on honoring our bodies and breath, the Lord has given us.Bring a Mat, Towel and Water.

Core Flow Yoga

Core Flow includes standing, balancing, and floor postures. Designed to target the abdominal and spinal muscles. This flow class will strengthen the entire body while increasing stamina and flexibility.

Ashley Archambault is a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified instructor, who has been loving yoga for more than ten years. She is the mom of a wild boy, dog, cat, and bunny, and loves doing yoga with all of them! Ashley really enjoys being part of someone's introduction to yoga and is passionate about incorporating strength training into her sequences; she is currently addicted to finding music that will bring something different to a student's practice. Right now, her favorite poses include Warrior III, Side Plank, and Tree.

There will be a prayer in the beginning and end of class, with the intention being focused on honoring our bodies and breath, the Lord has given us.Bring a Mat, Towel and Water. Please note only 12 chairs so please sign up, please bring a mat for use under the chair.

This is a Yin based class where postures may be held for 2 minutes.This is not an active class, meaning dynamic, static stretches to release traumas the body has held onto for years. Class is for all levels. Please bring a mat, water, and a towel.
