Yoga - Yin and Yang

This yin and yang class combines an all level vinyasa flow along with a floor series of traditional yin postures. Enjoy the benefits of an energizing, strength building vinyasa (yang) flow while also allowing your body to melt into the more passive, longer held stretches of yin yoga.This hour-long practice will help develop a deeper awareness of the body while balancing the dynamics of building strength and cultivating mindful attention to breath.

Kids Just Wanna Dance - Creative Movement & Special Needs

Special Needs Class:-4-15 years old Creative Movement Class: 4-6 years old Introduction to dance. They'll learn different styles of dance, which include jazz, lyrical and hip hop. They'll also learn different movements and techniques that teach them to allow their bodies to feel the music by dance. Each class last for 3 convective months, so we need the students and parents to be committed to their class. Recitals are very important to our students and when/if a student drops out, it makes it difficult to rearrange others positions in our final production. We will allow drop ins at $10.00 a session, for any class offered.

Hip Hop- 7-15 (*6 if they have had prior dance experience) Students will learn basic to advanced hip hop moves, including some salsa and break dancing. This class is a high energy class that keeps the student moving at all times, while having a blast. Instructor allows students to incorporate moves they've learned in the past in the group's final recital piece.
