Strength Training Class (beginner to intermediate)

Fun interval training combined with strength and resistance training. Modifications for all fitness levels, but regular attendance is suggested for best results. We use compound exercises, cardio, and partner exercises to challenge you, build muscle, strengthen bones and increase cardiovascular endurance. This class encompasses full body exercises, always including core strengthening. Don’t know where to begin? Start here!

You can find me at the Avenue in Viera for community practice or out on the beach for Sunrise yoga. In my spare time, I walk the neighborhood with dog Bella, volunteer at my son's high school and teach my yoga! Join me for a fun and friendly practice. Any levels welcome!

Core Flow Yoga

Core Flow includes standing, balancing, and floor postures. Designed to target the abdominal and spinal muscles. This flow class will strengthen the entire body while increasing stamina and flexibility.
About Ashley Archambault
Ashley Archambault is a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified instructor, who has been loving yoga for more than ten years. She is the mom of a wild boy, dog, cat, and bunny, and loves doing yoga with all of them! Ashley really enjoys being part of someone's introduction to yoga and is passionate about incorporating strength training into her sequences; she is currently addicted to finding music that will bring something different to a student's practice. Right now, her favorite poses include Warrior III, Side Plank, and Tree.

Hatha Flow is a nourishing yoga class that starts with a warm up sequence, followed bya series of poses linking breath and movement, resulting in a meditative flow. Finally, a restorative finish which allows the body to rest and renew.

Virginia is a RYT 200. She currently teach a variety of yoga styles. She has practiced Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Paddleboard, acro yoga and many more.
