Motivated Monday Yoga

Motivated Monday Yoga will intel a gentle yoga class incorporating broken down postures in a vinyasa class.This will stimulate the internal organs with breath and strengthen the body.Focus on honoring the breath in and out of each posture which will have modified variations as well as full postures.This class is for all levels, postures will vary. Make sure to bring a mat and water.

Core Flow Yoga

Ashley Archambault is a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified instructor, who has been loving yoga for more than ten years. She is the mom of a wild boy, dog, cat, and bunny, and loves doing yoga with all of them! Ashley really enjoys being part of someone's introduction to yoga and is passionate about incorporating strength training into her sequences; she is currently addicted to finding music that will bring something different to a student's practice. Right now, her favorite poses include Warrior III, Side Plank, and Tree.
