In need of a little mid-day boost? This 60 minute Hatha class offers the perfect blend of movement and stillness to shake off stress, focus the mind, and increase energy. Expect to leave class feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of your day from a place of grace and power.
About Ravenna Fahey
Ravenna was first introduced to Yoga by her parents when she was three, but she didn't fall in love with the practice until many years later, while studying acting at The Juilliard School. At first, Yoga was just a way for Ravenna get a good workout, and burn off the stress of living in the fast paced world of NYC. But after about 6 months, she began to notice that the benefits of the practice were so much more far reaching than just a way to 'get her sweat on'. Now Yoga is Ravenna's church, her chiropractor, her shrink ---when she steps on to the mat, no matter what kind of a day she has had, she is home. She felt inspired to help other people find and feel a similar sense of connection and belonging, through the power of Yoga. In 2013, she completed a 200-hour training from the Yandara Yoga Institute, and is lucky to continue to study with amazing teachers from around the world. Since graduating from Yandara, Ravenna has become a full time yoga teacher and has had the privilege of teaching classes, workshops and retreats at numerous locations throughout the US and Mexico. She offers her classes with the hope that Yoga will have a positive impact in your life, and help you to live in a balanced, healthy, and peaceful way---both on and off the mat.

Candlelight Flow
with Ravenna Fahey

Melt into your evening and sweat out the stress of the day with this 60 minute candlelight Vinyasa practice. Expect to challenge yourself physically and mentally for the first 45 minutes of class as you flow from pose to pose, guided by the rhythm of your breath. End your practice with deeply restorative poses, helping you to move into your evening from a place relaxation and ease.

Acroyoga Is partner acrobatics with a yoga consciousness. Acroyoga is a playful, creative practice that brings people together for fun, trust, and balance. In this class you will learn basing, flying, and spotting techniques. Classes will involve games, and partner acroyoga moves and flows witha focus on fundamentals. All classes are accessible to those new to acroyoga.

Warm & Gentle Yoga
with Annie Romero

Warm and gentle yoga is the perfect class for yogis of all levels. During our hour together we will explore pranayama (breath work), asana (poses), and meditation. Asanas will begin and end with a floor series to warm up and wind down, respectively. This class will explore restorative poses and options for the use of props and modifications all in warm environment to facilitate deepening the poses. We will also build strength and power in standing and balancing poses. Come practice and learn and teach and grow; you deserve this.

About Olivia Marin
Olivia finished her training with Hot Yoga Downtown in Albuquerque in October of 2016. Since then she has been cultivating her own Vinyasa style class and has had the privilege of teaching internationally as well as in the Albuquerque yoga community. Her background in dance and practicing yoga have given her classes an accessible and well rounded flow. Olivia encourages the principle of an individual practice. Her role in the yoga room is simply to guide and demonstrate, and her vinyasa flow classes consistently offer modifications and amplifications so that each student may advance and rest in their practice as needed. Each day brings new challenges and no two classes will be the same! Come find creative movement and play on the mat!
