Kris Quinones, LMT, CYT-500, and Founder of Rasayana, LLC, is a licensed massage therapist, Kripalu and O2 Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, and continuing education provider for the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. Her vinyasa flows are inspired by the Astanga method and sequenced for functional strength & safety, with a holistic approach towards self-healing. Pranayam (yogic breathing), demonstration, and gentle hands-on assists are provided, in context with yogic philosophy. Join her Intermediate-(3+ months experience) Vinyasa Yoga class on Thursday mornings at 10am to get clear. Get grounded. Oh, and when she's not teaching, you'll find Kris at the nearest beach or busting a move on the nearest dance floor.
