But healing with stones extends beyond the physical body to include the mental and emotional bodies as well. In this class you will learn how to use the powerful energies of crystals to heal body/mind/spirit.You will learn what stones to use and how to use them.You will be given affirmations, ways to minimize self-limiting beliefs and learn healing stone arrays. Once you have this knowledge you can use it on yourself, friends, family and even pets. In fact, you can also use the stones not just when there is an illness but to maintain health as well. And when you are healthy and happy, how can it get any better than that?

Although the meditation is based on Dr. Antonio Siera's Trademarked Mindfulness Meditation System, it is not a prerequisite to this Open Meditation. Those wishing to meditate are welcome to attend, regardless of whether or not they have completed the workshop.The "Open Sessions" are designed for all meditation practitioners. The Mindfulness Meditation System is a system of breathing, balance, flexibility, and mental focus/concentration practices designed to create a total “mindbody” meditative experience. The Teaching & Practice of Qigong

Enhance the movement of chi (energy) within the body by combining movement, meditation, awareness and the regulation of breathing and balance.This form of Qigong is known as Pal Dan Gum Qigong or "meditation in motion".There are many benefits to Qigong such as: stress relief, improved blood circulation, enhanced immune functioning, gentle internal organ massage and peacefulness! In this class you will learn a set of internal exercises designed to energize the body and calm the mind. Pal Dan Gum Qigong is a form of medical Qigong that that adjusts the acupuncture points and energy channels of the body, which in turn balances qi and promotes healing of illnesses. It is a complete holistic system of Qigong training because it activates all twenty of the body's energy channels. Pal Dan Gum can be practiced as spiritual discipline in that it cultivates the three treasures (essence=Jing; energy=Qi; spirit=Shen. Practice sessions begin after the first lesson and are half price at $20 per 2 hour session.
