Restorative Yoga Intensive Special Event
with Julie Harris
120.00 minutes
This workshop will focus on using all of the props—and very long holds. We may only cover three or four poses but will find a level peace and stillness we can’t in a regular class. The class will begin with some active poses to allow us to ease into the practice. Class space is limited to allow for maximum assistance by me. Each workshop is limited to 6 participants. Registration is required and non-refundable payment of $33 is due at the time of registration. **Early registration is highly suggested. Payment is made when you register.Sorry, no refunds. If you can’t make it to the event, please send a friend in your place.** The system will send out a generic appointment reminder suggesting that 24 hour cancels are possible. This is not for this workshop. There are not refunds.
About the teacher
Specialties: Gentle, Restorative & Gentle Flow - Who knew that first yoga class in 1976 using foam rubber cushions would lead to Bliss? From that first experience as a child through other haphazard classes in high school and college, yoga seemed to find me. I began a regular practice at an Iyengar studio in Portland, ME in 2000 and have been on the most amazing journey since. I learned quickly the impact that yoga could have on me and my life; it provided a stability, sense of self, and avenue of healing during trying times. It continues to provide ease, enlightenment, and strength. I appreciate the opportunity to share yoga with others so that they too may enjoy it’s benefits. I completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance training through Bliss Bliss Bliss and 3rd Street Yoga in 2015. Contact: julie@theblissblissbliss.com Certifications: RYT 200
